Refreshing and Nutritious Salad

Ingredients:

  • Carrot βž– 1 grated
  • Cabbage βž– 7 leaves
  • Cucumber βž– 2
  • Cabbages of various types (including white, red cabbage, cauliflower, and broccoli) βž– as needed (optional)
  • Wheat germs βž– 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • Small onion βž– 1
  • Raw almonds βž– 14
  • Apple βž– 1
  • Medium-sized ripe tomato βž– 2
  • Salt βž– as needed
  • Olive oil βž– 5 tablespoons
  • Washed raisins βž– 1 tablespoon
  • Raw sesame with skin βž– 1 tablespoon
  • DriedΒ pennyroyalΒ βž– 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh lemon βž– as needed
  • Raw garlic βž– 1 clove grated
  • Coconut powder βž– 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop all the ingredients and pour them into a suitable container.
  2. Then, addΒ pennyroyal, wheat germs, raisins, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to it, and mix well. Finally, sprinkle coconut powder on the salad.
  3. This salad should be chewed well.
