honey apple cider vinegar

Honey Vinegar Syrup

  • 2 units of honey
  • 1 unit of apple or grape vinegar (naturally made)
  • 2 units of mint extract; if not available, boil mint leaves in water and add 2 units of the strained mint infusion

Boil all the ingredients together for 45 minutes on low heat. After it's warm, add honey and pour one-third of a glass of the prepared syrup for each use, and add the rest with water.

If you experience stomach discomfort like bloating or a swollen stomach, add about one-third of a teaspoon to the syrup.

We’d love to hear about your experience with this refreshing syrup! Please leave a review and share how it worked for you.
