Frozen foods

A refrigerator is necessary at home, but we have a question for you regarding the freezers: During the winter season, can't you find fresh greens, eggplant, and so on in the market? So why do homemakers freeze these? And the more dangerous part is frying them with industrial oil and putting them in the freezers.

*In Traditions, we are advised not to eat leftover food. Leftover food for one night is forbidden; furthermore, food left for six months is considered waste, which can lead to various illnesses, including allergies and sensitivities.

*Freezing food reduces its nutritional value.

* Freezing many food items can lead to a reduction of their nutritional properties.

*Leftover food causes an increase in Black bile in the body (Even if the temperament of that food item is not cold and dry.) as it can lead to high blood pressure, cancer, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, and more.

*Freezing many food items can lead to a reduction or loss of their nutritional properties.

*Household freezers typically operate at temperatures between -20 to -28 degrees Celsius. However, freezing food requires lower temperatures, and the inadequate coldness of household freezers can lead to food spoilage.

*Additionally, certain food items should never be stored in the freezers (like some vegetables such as carrots and spinach because they contain nitrates, which can turn into nitrites when in contact with microbial contamination and create carcinogenic compounds).

Note:

Thawing frozen items in hot water can turn them into waste.

What can we do to use the freezers less?

Buy less, purchase fresh items, and avoid freezing fruits and vegetables. Even meat loses its quality over time when frozen. Instead of freezing vegetables for long-term storage, you can consider drying them.

Processed foods (factory-made foods)

One of the major problems in human society is going against one's own nature and disposition. By consuming substances that are contrary to their nature and causing excessive changes in their food, humans create various diseases and discomforts for themselves. One of these changes is the consumption of various processed foods. Let's examine a few of them below :

Industrial sausages and salamis

These items lack nutritional value and can lead to severe and difficult-to-treat diseases. They contain a chemical preservative called sodium nitrite, which is extremely dangerous. Additionally, to make them tasty, they use numerous seasonings and spices, which can have a detrimental effect on the liver and cause mental, psychological, and skin diseases.

Canned foods

In the preparation of canned foods, a preservative called EDTA is used. Prolonged exposure to this substance can lead to anemia and iron-deficiency diseases in the human body.

Carbonated drinks

The consumption of these beverages can have various side effects, including weakening the stomach and digestive system, constipation, allergies, irritability, indigestion, and in cases of prolonged consumption, they can contribute to the development of cancer.

Alcoholic beverages

Alcohol addiction can lead to liver diseases, coronary artery disease, heart attacks, and strokes, gastrointestinal discomfort, and more.

Factory-made tomato pastes ,tomato sauces and ketchup

Consuming tomato sauses can lead to the formation of gallstones, liver problems, allergies, rapid skin aging, hair loss, and coronary artery disease. The soluble substances in ketchup, such as aluminum, can cause mental sluggishness, confusion, and allergies.

Macaroni

Macaroni & pasta that lack bran and plant fiber can induce constipation and result in the production of toxic gases and alcohol in the large intestine.

Since it is in dough form and not chewed thoroughly, it is not easily digested in the stomach and can contribute to neurological and mental disorders, migraines, hemorrhoids, digestive discomfort, and obesity in the buttocks and abdomen area.

Artificial snacks

These snacks, due to their high salt content, artificial colors, additives, wheat flour, artificial sugars, and baking powder, are a significant cause of allergies. They usually lead to reduced appetite in children, nervous disorders, aggression, skin and respiratory allergies, and even in many cases, alopecia (localized hair loss) and ovarian cysts in females.

Note:

Excessive consumption of artificial snacks by children can lead to their enlarged tonsils.

Artificial sugar and sweets

The continuous consumption of these substances can lead to various diseases, including depression, skin problems, women's issues like ovarian cysts, fibroids, myomas, uterine and bladder prolapse, various neurological disorders, constipation, and severe pain during menstruation, among others.
